One JLT Tower houses an A-Grade office space built according to LEED Gold Standard. Large efficient column free floor plates, a G+14 floor building that can accommodate 200 employees on each floor. Parking ratio is very high and is the best you can find in the Free Zone. We have a good retail mix on the ground floor.
